We pride ourselves in what we think are exceptional dogs. Our dogs are our passion. We are not a kennel. Our dogs are raised in our home, as part of our family. We generally have one or two litters a year with the intention of improving on the previous generation. Exactly the same effort goes into raising a top show dog as a companion puppy.

WHY LUCKY PAWS RESCUE
SHIPPING
We do not ship by air unattended. What this means is that we fly with your puppy. We also ground ship. One of our family members will personally drive the puppy to you. We prefer you come directly to our home so we meet each other.
However, it is understandable that some
people cannot come here personally so this is why we offer a face-to-face shipping program.
Shipping fees vary with hours spent, distance, and hotels. Pups who stay for extended periods of time may be charged a boarding fee.
HEALTH GUARANTEE
All our adults over two years of age are health screened for hips dysplasia, patella luxation, and eye examinations (by boarded by ACVO Ophthalmologists) to meet the recommended protocols for the Terrier Club of America and receive a Canine Health Information Center (CHIC) number.
We exceed those requirements by doing additional testing! We consider genetic health screening as a preventative measure that is essential to being a responsible breeder and the reason for our success. Not all breeders test their dogs.
